aur Farmers
Market is interested in farmers, growers, and vendors that are interested
and willing to sell their crops. Space will also be available for specialty items
such as bakery, meats and cheeses, spices, honey, preserves, hanging baskets, fresh
cut flowers, crafts, popcorn, hot dog and lemonade stands.
We prefer organic produce, however, we will not turn any interested participant
away. The items listed below are preferred but not required produce:

apples, green & yellow beans, beets, broad beans, broccoli, cabbage, baby carrots,
cauliflower, cherries, cucumbers, currants, dill, eggplant, gooseberries, greenhouse
cucumbers & tomatoes, honey, kohlrabi, lettuce, maple syrup, okra, potatoes,
peas (sugar, snap and snow), pesto, raspberries, rhubarb, salad greens, strawberries,
summer squash, swiss chard, tomatoes (cherry, beefsteak), zucchini
August

dill, edible gourds, eggplant, dried flowers, flowers, french shallots, garlic,
artichoke, greenhouse cucumbers & tomatoes, herbs, honey, kale, kohlrabi, leeks,
lettuce, maple syrup, melons, salad mix, okra, onions, parsley, parsnips, pears,
plums, potatoes, peas (sugar, snap, snow), peppers, pesto, rhubarb, rutabagas, strawberries,
summer squash, sweet corn, swiss chard, tomatoes (cherry, beefsteak), wild mushrooms,
winter squash, zucchini.
